1) Beta Software Notice:
This software is a beta release and should not be used for production business processes. Release Candidate 1 is intended for evaluation and testing purposes only. Data backup and recovery capabilities are not yet in place. Although not likely, it is possible that your server-based process models as well as all your process data could be lost during the beta period.
2) Time Zone Selection:
Release Candidate 1 does not support time zone selection for individual Billfish BPM Cloud accounts. As the physical servers are located in the Washington DC area, the time zone for ALL accounts (no matter where you are in the world) is EDT - Eastern Daylight Time (UTC-4) or EST - Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5). The ability to specify a time zone
for your account will be available in Release Candidate 2.
3) Performance Issues:
You may experience performance issues as server activity increases dues to larger data sets and additional trial account signups. Billfish technical staff will be fine-tuning
code and server configurations during the beta process to alleviate performance issues as they arise.
4) Continuity of Service:
During the Release Candidate 1 beta phase, service may be interupted without warning in order to apply software patches if Billfish technical staff deem a problem warrants an
immediate resolution.
